中文版本：為確保您了解並同意我們的使用條款，當我們使用從任何管道獲得您的資料以及上傳照片、影片、姓名、聲音、社群帳號、聯絡方式等任何形式的個人資料（以下簡稱「內容」）時，請務必詳閱以下聲明：
- 您確認您所有之內容為您本人所擁有或已取得授權之素材，不侵犯任何第三方之著作權、肖像權、隱私權或其他合法權益。
- 您同意我們有權在不另行通知的情況下，使用、修改、編輯、儲存、展示、發表或轉載您所提供之內容，應用於商業或非商業用途（如：行銷、社群媒體、網站、展覽、新聞發布等）。
- 您理解並同意，上傳的內容將可能被公開，並可能被第三方下載、分享或使用，我們無法完全控制第三方之行為，亦不對第三方的使用行為負責。
- 若您所提供之內容涉及他人資訊，您已取得該當事人之書面同意，並願承擔相關法律責任。
- 您保留內容的所有權利，但一經上傳，即同意授予我們全球性、免權利金、非專屬、可再授權之使用權。
- 此合約生效時間，從第一則我們上傳您的訊息開始計算，無時效性
- 您本人在我們上傳資料後的1周內，沒有向我們提出任何異議，代表您已經同意，我們使用您的任何個人資料，照片，以及影片
- 因為高昂的製作成本，如果您需要下架您的內容，需要對我們提出申請；如果強行下架，需支付10萬到50萬的製作和市場宣傳成本。
- 因為外部環境隨時會發生變化，我們有權更改任何內容或活動的條款，而不會另行提前通知您和其他相關人士
English Version: To ensure that you understand and agree to our terms, please read the following disclaimer carefully before we upload any photos, videos, names, voices, social media accounts, contact details, or any other personal information about you obtained by any internet channel (hereafter referred to as "content"):
- You confirm that the content of you is either owned by you or you have obtained the necessary permissions, and that it does not infringe upon any third party’s copyright, portrait rights, privacy, or other legal rights.
- You agree that we may use, modify, edit, store, display, publish, or redistribute your content, without further notice, for both commercial and non-commercial purposes (e.g., marketing, social media, websites, exhibitions, press releases, etc.).
- You understand and agree that the content may be made public and could be downloaded, shared, or used by third parties. We cannot fully control the actions of third parties and are not liable for how they use your content.
- If your content includes information of others, you confirm that you have obtained their written consent and will take full legal responsibility for any issues that arise.
- You retain ownership of your content. However, by uploading, you grant us a global, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and sublicensable license to use it.
- The effective time of this contract is calculated from the first message we send you, and it is not time-limited.
- If you do not raise any objection to us within one week after uploading the information, it means that you have agreed that we can use any of your personal information, photos, and videos.
- Due to the high production costs, if you need to remove your content, you need to apply to us; if you forcibly remove it, you will need to pay a production and marketing cost of NTD100,000 to NTD500,000.
- Because the changing of different factors of environment, We reserve the right to change any content and events' detail without further or prior notice to you and other relevant parties.
